How Am I Growing Innovecture

I partner directly with our clients to implement dedicated processes that nurture our key business relationships in the Insurance industry. My focus is on developing strategic account management programs that foster open communication, trust, creativity, and an alignment of values. I have developed workflows with our clients that start by identifying challenges, working together to devise creative solutions, and most importantly, leveraging the partnership to move both of our organization towards mutually beneficial goals.

My Previous Track Record

I have years of experience working with fortune 500 clients in the Legal and Insurance industries. The focus of many of my partnership efforts has been in assisting clients with their Digital Transformation efforts. For industries that have not traditionally been associated with technological advancements, working as a trusted advisor to identify areas where emerging technologies can be used to help them with their own client challenges has been critical to my success. While technology is the means by which many of the mutual goals are attained, the success stories really come from the development of the client relationship and trust that is built over a long track record of shared victories.

Personally Speaking

I live in Phoenix, AZ with my fiancée Constance, our dog Cooper, and cat Sage. When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me tinkering with something in the backyard or on a hike in the Camelback mountain range. I’m also passionate about music and cycling. Prior to moving to Phoenix, I lived in New York City for 15 years which I miss dearly, but you really cannot beat the yearlong sunshine in the Southwest. I am blessed to work with an amazing team of colleagues and clients, and grateful for what I have learned at Innovecture.
