The Innovecture Impact (Case study)

Summary

SimPayX is Innovecture’s product and solution that is a single-app which operates efficiently on attended or unattended platforms. It is an independent POS with no payment data on mobile or POS required, keeping the transactions smooth and safe.

Challenge

With multiple apps on customer mobiles, the problem of providing payment information to each merchant was making the transactions and maintenance of data history of transactions very complicated. With the traditional dependency on POS and the lack of a dynamic yet single app platform was making matters worse.

Solution

THE OUTCOME:
As a result of using high-end technology by creating a dynamic menu generation (DMG) for convenience and a reverse authorization (rAuth) for enhanced security; Innovecture was able to create a single app product SimPayX that simplifies the transactions between multiple customer requests for various merchants and shopping requests.
