As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of India development & innovation centre, I am responsible for overall direction and accelerating the growth strategy. I am measuring and managing all cultural elements that drive performance. Established growth as the central focus of everyone in the organisation by creating a common belief and language, and over the long term, deliver high returns to shareholders.

I spend considerable time with other leaders & managers in the organization to help them reach the limits of their abilities, empowering them to be more involved with the mission of the organisation. I am also sharpening organisational focus on revenue by investing heavily in people and customer outreach.

My Previous Track Record

I joined Innovecture with over 25 years of experience in leading, growing, and transforming businesses in hyper-competitive environments in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific regions. I held several global leadership positions in technology, business development, sales, and delivery in software product & services companies.

I was an entrepreneur during my early professional career. I am a start-up coach focused on mentoring tech start-ups in India, supporting both founders and professionals in defining their business model and reaching operational excellence and employee motivation.

Personally Speaking

I believes in lifelong learning and have earned many certifications in technology, corporate and leadership programs from premium organisations / institutions. I holds a degree in computer science and currently pursuing MBA in sales and strategic management. I am married with two children and currently live in Bangalore, India. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
