The federation of roles with increased responsibilities by the various business units ensured a smoother transition from business goals to enterprise standards to solution architecture.
Metrics: We defined an architecture maturity model with a set of metrics to measure the architecture effectiveness.
Architecture Repository: We created a centralized architecture repository/wiki to store all architecture documents and reports with role-based access across the organization.
